Tyrant rogue officers of the british crown who do not know federal law or the constitution. They kidnapped us and stole OUR personal property!!! This was all on petty supposed traffic violations. These violations were unconstitutional due to many factors. (1.) The allegedly accused did not live in the state of minnesota. (2.) Federal law trumps state law everyday of the week. (3.) The alleged traffic violations were misdemeanors which do not warrent an arrest. Misdemeanor definition- LAW a nonindictable offense, regarded in the US (and formerly in the UK) as less serious than a felony. (4.) They lied about being able to verify a document issued from the whitehouse signed by John Kerry. (5.) U.S. Supreme Court says No Liscense Necessary to Drive Automobile on Public Highways/Streets. Furthermore your officer Chris Need (not sure on the spellling of that as only his partner Alison Bernstein was fairly proffessional) had a uniform on alright, and it was a Twins uniform not professional at all and goes to show how much real work is going on in the law enforcement in the Eagan P.D. Furthermore upon officer Dan Mason taking my husband back to the hotel to retrieve our passports (which again proved my identity on my American National Diplomat ID to be issued) proceeded to hide speaking on the phone to my husband who was in Mason's car while he was talking to the officer transporting me Chris Need or whatever his "real" name is as they gave me NO cards and he was dressed in a base ball uniform with a base ball cap. (Extremely unprofessional) These are Thugs, they are not protecting the American citizen they are working for the British crown, your department has failed on a level that has also no due process of law. FYI, to the person who accused all persons on here of using drugs and getting pulled over for drugs, umm, I have NEVER in my life done any type of drug nor have I been pulled over for suspicion of drugs. Nor have I ever been pulled over for speeding or wreckless driving or any DUI. Of course ANY LEO in their right minds are going to come to the rescue or aid of anyone calling upon them. (this of course makes them look really nice, but actually it is their DUTY to you to do such acts) Furthermore, I have found nothing professional with any interaction in which I have inquired about with Eagan, MN PD. Facts are facts. Justice will be served.

  • All of the people reviewing the EPD must be drug addicts complaining about their "horrible" situations that they get in because of their drug problems. On my end I have never been pulled over by a police officer but all of my interactions have been great. In August of 2012 there was a raccoon running around my yard in the middle of the day. As this is not a normal thing for a nocturnal animal like raccoons to do we called the Eagan police department and they sent a police officer and someone from animal control. They dealt with the raccoon safely and quickly without causing a commotion in our yard or around the neighborhood

Like me if you have to deal with the Tool in Eagan PD uniform just comply and inform them you won't be bullied. They will hissyfit on you and you don't challenge their ego further you will most likely get cut loose with a BS ticket. Like my less then 5 year old "junk car" on a Sunday in a apartment parking lot that just had expired tabs and the paper for the DMV on Monday. Had to take the hit to the pocket book for standing up for myself because it was better the getting it towed away and impounded.
