- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Their corporate call center was a huge waste of time, it took over 2 hours to reverse charges that I never made...then I received late fees on a credit card that they would not close for the fake charges and was never notified. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My family has been banking at this particular branch for almost 40 years and we have had the most wonderful service from Venera at this location. Our relationship with her began when my parents needed help with an account problem that no one seemed to be able to solve until Venera became involved. When I started my business, Venera became my business banker and has helped me with all of my banking needs. She took time to learn about my business and only makes meaningful product suggestions.
