- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Working with Jared Hanowski on both our initial home purchase and our refinance was a pleasure. Everything went off smoothly and there were no surprises. Jared was patient with all our questions and very responsive. I doubt we'll ever need to refinance again because of the ridiculously low rate we have, but we would definitely use Jared and American Mortgage & Equity Consultants again if we needed to.
